GreenPOS implements the new POS eco-system, with a completely different paradigma (Common Base Class for different applications, no translations, no database, a GUI, no admin panel,..), without the need of inheriting from the 3rd party (SAPUI5) or extend the “Core”.
All new classes/interfaces are based on Model-View-Viewmodel architecture.
The users have all the functionalities of the SAP UI5 POS:

The difference between the OpenBravoPOS and GreenPOS is that the first is a web app using the SAPUI5 framework (a JavaScript framework) while the second is a desktop application.
They both do the same thing: the POS functionalities, the UI5 POS is based on a SPA framework, web applications are a framework agnostic language so it is an advantage in case you want to access the POS from another desktop applications or a web-based application.

Accumulating evidence indicates that miRNAs have important roles in AD pathogenesis. The function of miRNAs as potential therapeutic targets for AD has been widely studied. Recent research revealed that miRNAs play crucial roles in multiple steps of the pathological process of AD. Extracellular amyloid-β (Aβ) has been proven to be transported by the exosome pathway. Although the impact of miRNAs on transmembrane transport of Aβ is still unknown, some AD-related miRNAs may play a role in this process. Recent studies also revealed that intracellular aggregation of Aβ is a promising therapeutic target. In this review, we focus on the role of miRNAs in the pathophysiology of AD. The expression profiles of AD-related miRNAs are presented. The mode of action of miRNAs that regulate the pathological process of AD and currently known therapeutic targets for AD are discussed. Moreover, the development of innovative delivery strategies for miRNAs based on nanotechnology is highlighted, as these approaches would be helpful in the clinical setting.
