This allows you to work on different drawings at the same time and focus on specific tasks. You can then bring up the linked drawing later on when you’re ready to work on it.
Most AutoCAD users work in a single window, using the toolbars and menus to perform operations and navigate the design. However, most software packages also provide the option of working in multiple windows. Windows may contain the same tool, or they may represent different views of the same drawing.
