Double click on the installer-box- the icon will appear on the desktop. Please move it to the Start Menu folder.

You may have to log in first, using the administrator account.

The Developer Studio (known more commonly as Adobe AIR) can create a Flash
application and it’s required descriptor files for it. Every request
for any data from a native application includes a descriptor file which
defines the capabilities and permissions. The Flash interface takes care
of this for you which is nice. But what if you want some additional
capabilities or permissions for your Native AIR application? Unfortunately
those are created via XML files in the application’s root directory and
are called Descriptor files. If you are an AIR developer with little
experience it can be a little hard to understand where you have to
enter those XML files.
This is where the ADM – Application Descriptor Manager comes into play.
ADM enables you to easily edit and create descriptor files for your
application by providing you a nice GUI to do that. ADM is made for
AIR developers who want to customize, control and maintain their
application’s descriptor files. ADM can be used for both AIR
applications as well as Flash applications (made with FlashDevelop for
example).
Features:

It offers a window with a treeview showing you all your application’s
files (including folder)
You can select/deselect and rename folders/files
It lists the tags for all files in all folders under the root of your
application
You can add, edit or remove tags
ADM offers you the following features: Create descriptor files (with a nice GUI), convert a directory of XML files to a descriptor file, change a descriptor file to a directory of XML files, edit an existing descriptor file, export a descriptor file from your application and import a descriptor file from your application.

ADM is a convenient GUI to create and edit application descriptor files (.fxml). It provides a nice toolbox for all the common and some uncommon properties of your application. We have made it quite simple, so it shouldn’t take you much time to figure out its interface.
What’s new in this release:
– you can now specify that your application must be signed by the publisher’s private key or not
– you can generate an.exe from your application when you sign it
– you can manage your build configurations and rules
– you can edit the publish settings of your application and specify some useful parameters, such as the icon path, the version and the version number for your application
Note:
We have attached this version of ADM to a new and very powerful application called FlexBuilder 4.5.
Please, check it out if you need to create applications and publish them in an easy way!
Limitations:
– you can manage the icon folder only if it’s inside the same directory as the source folder
– you can specify the version of the AIR product when publishing your application (optional parameter)
– you can specify that your application should be signed by the publisher’s private key when publishing it (optional parameter)
– if you have multi-button items on your application, you’ll need to have in your fxml file the tag and specify which buttons have the keys you want to change
– if you have multi-entry lists in your application, you’ll need to have in your fxml file the tag and specify which lists have the keys you want to change
– if you want to change the position of some buttons, you’ll need to have in your fxml file the tag and specify which buttons have the keys you want to change the position
– you cannot edit the default class or package name
– you cannot change the current active controller
– you cannot edit any other descriptor file, you’ll need to create a new descriptor file
