WPF Opacity animate from 0 to 1

I want to fade out my Window from 0.7 opacity to 1.0 opacity.
I found multiple examples which do exactly what I want to do – except that they fade out the whole window.
I want to do it for a specific child element, so the Opacity of the window is “finished”.
The problem I have with the examples is that my fade starts in the middle.
I want to start it when the opacity was 0.7.
(It’s a Bingo game with 7 buttons. I want the button with the lowest visible opacity to be faded out).
I read that you can calculate the start opacity of an animation based on another property.
(maybe with something like “opacity=1 – opacity”)
But I can’t find any examples. Any help?
