I’m trying to put a list of every user that uses my webapp. I have a controller that returns this:

How can I print this array in my views?

Just do a print_r on your array and see if the data is printing. Also, make sure you have a leading underscore in your variable name (users_groups instead of UsersGroups). If you do and you still have nothing, then the variable you are referencing could not be found, and therefore you would receive a NULL value.
Update
Looking at your print_r, I would also consider adding an index like you do in your UserManager model. You’ll have to change a few things, but this is what you can start with.
