Since the dawn of time, man has built huge and magnificent structures. Among all these marvels, there are still two that stand head and shoulders above the rest. One of them is Stonehenge. The other one is the Eiffel Tower. Although these structures have been built for different purposes, they are both special.
Endless mode is the new, social, version of those two. Yes, the Eiffel Tower will be replaced by an ingenious device that lets the players play for as long as they want (by simply paying for more time). - Unrar – Run the executable file and follow the onscreen instructions to install the game into your computer, to restore files in the game / app / folder. After the installation is complete, the crack goes to the /app/dwarf folder.
- Trial Settings – Where you can change your settings or uncomment lines of content. You are able to easily download the latest version of the game from the developer’s site.
- Cracking – To push your settings made before the crack to the original app. The crack will change your graphic settings and resources into a higher quality. Your game will be run with 0 issues!
Overall this adventure pack is extremely short and relies on the existing story to carry it along. I have personally never played Dwarf Fortress and this is due to a fondness of most RTS games and the complete lack of content of DF. This causes it to feel very small and underwhelming, so bear this in mind before you try it. I did however find it quite entertaining and will probably play it again with an older save file.
Dwarfs – F2P Endless Mode Pack 5 is pretty short as its quests are mostly just ‘play this section repeatedly’ with some additional cutscenes. I found that it suffers from the problems I have previously mentioned with reoccurring areas. Areas repeat themselves a lot and time passes very quickly, making it impossible to revisit previously played areas. The over-reliance on the story meant I had to do the boring tasks of catching the new bugs and enemies because the game simply does not offer any reward for the player.
The Little Swamp
It is very tempting to run to the swamp to find the promise of the reward you are offered but its not actually quite that easy. In order to interact with the swamp you must first find a way onto it and currently there is no method of getting there until the player is level 5 and therefore gives access to the giant net. It is a bit of a chore to find the net but once you do find it its easy to use. When constructing the net I added a nice special effect to increase the chances of the player actually catching the net. The creature that attacks the net is actually a bit of a problem and depending on your blueprint constructions (yes skeletons wont do!) it can be hard to keep count of them and more than one can still attack while you sleep. You also may find that the net will fall through the water and is disassembled when the player attempts to reassemble it.
CuttleFish
In order to save the Tiny Boat the player must first build the cuttlefish which is a fairly fast process. I found the speed of the cuttlefish extremely annoying as it is unavoidable in the exploration mode and initially starts as a baby. I found that the cuttlefish makes for quite a handy companion, being a worker with rush mining and better movement than a sparrow. The cuttlefish got incredibly annoying quickly as it gets barraged by waves of enemies and does not seem to remember where its last attack was.
